Member Feedback Form

The purpose of this form is to give members of the RIHA a chance to voice their opinions on the events of the RIHA. We intend this to be a positive and constructive mechanism to improve our association. This is not a protest form nor is it sponsored by the operators of the horses shows. If you do not include your name or contact information, we can not follow up with you. For a protest or formal complaint, please contact a board member or include your name, membership number and either an email address or a phone number on this form. Thank you!
