In Memory of...

• Cape Cod Bay, fondly known as "Chip". Chip was a RIHA staple for many years, not only with his loving owner Samantha Liguori, but with many other riders as well. He was successful in the equitations, the hunters and the jumpers. Many riders qualified on Chip for countless Medal finals and he won many year-end awards and ribbons at finals. He will be very sadly missed, not only by the Liguoris and the entire Hunter Ridge family, but by many, many others whose lives were touched in some way by this wonderful horse.

• ...Christina and Gabriella Cottiero for leasing Will, aka "Formal Attire" this summer from Mount Holyoke College. Thanks to our trainer, Bob Graham for helping us to lease Will!
• ...the Phoenix Rising IEA team on a very successful 2009-2010 season, and especially congratulate the members of the team who qualified for the IEA Nationals this year in Georgia, Daniel Forte, Christina Cottiero, Chanelle Osko, and Sydney Bent. Chanelle was the national champion in her division! Thank you so much to Debra McManus and Kris Thomson for a wonderful show season and for making all of us feel so welcome at PRHF!

• ...the Ferrucci's on the sale of Loose Buttons from Heritage Equestrian Center. Gabriella Ferrucci would like to say: "He was a very amazing pony with a great jump and beautiful movement. He got 2nd in the RIHA Finals, in 2008 4th in the Chja Pony Medal, 2009 3rd in the ChJA Pony Medal. Went to pony Finals for 3 years. Competed all over. Special Thanks to: Samantha Ferrucci on her victories the past years! Mark DeBlasio for the best Large Pony Hunter we could ever find! June Ahearn-Gills for her sell, And Nikki Ayoub for her great training with this beautiful Pony over the years! Now he is winning at the Winter Equestrain Festival (1st in the Childrens ponies). We wish his new owner good luck and that Joseph P. Ferrucci made a great investment on this pony and really knew what he was doing. RIP Joseph P. Ferrucci."

• ...Kayleigh Frenier on the purchase of her new pony Woodlands Juniper!
• ...Samantha Smith, the 2009 NE Equitation Junior Medal Champion!! Also, a special congratulations to Jay Sargent who received the Lifetime Achievement Award!!!
• ...Nisa Mann of Southwind Farm on her purchase of Reno! Reno will be sadly missed by former owner Lauren Henry and his Heritage Equestiran family.
