2007 RI Equitation Championships

One of the highlights of the event this year was the appearance of a small deer on course during the Adult Equitation
Classic. For those of you who were concerned about her, volunteers who returned to the field early Monday morning for
some final cleanup reported that she was peacefully grazing amongst her sheep companions, looking no worse-for-wear from
her experience with the 100 or so horses and numerous trailers that descended on her home. It should also be noted that
the rider on course while the deer took her little jaunt kept her cool and received one of the highest scores of the day.
